1. Does the company understand my business and can create an effective web solution to help meet my objectives?

We Can't Lose is a total web solution company. We research, throughly, our client's business. We can only provide effective solutions if, and only if, we understand their business and objectives.

 
2.What is the total lease payment and are there any other costs that I could incur before the lease ends?

The Custom Website Lease agreement is a full disclosure legal document. All payments, charges and fees are disclosed. Clients will have a full understanding of their total financial requirements prior to signing the agreement.

3. What happens if I want to change or terminate early?

We understand, that at times, things occur unexpectantly. Every case will be treated on an individual basis. All of our agreemtns are written for a minimum of 12 months. We feel that is an adequate period of time to get results from your web solution.

4. Can I upgrade or change the design before the termination of the lease agreement?

Yes. One of the important elements of our custom website lease solution is to keep the site current. In some cases this may mean a total redesign of the site.

5. What are my options at the termination of the lease agreement?

You have three options at the end of term : 1) Walk away, at no further costs; 2) Renew the existing agreement; or 3) Upgrade to a different type of solution.

6. Are there any additional charges at termination?

No. See question #2.

7. What are the terms or length of my lease agreement?

All custom website agreements are written for a minimum of 12 months. There is the possibility of writing longer terms, based on the web solution project.

8. What is the total initial investment at the time of signing the agreement?

Your initial investment or up front money consists of the following items:

  1. First month's investment or payment
  2. Set up fee
  3. Lease Cost Reduction
